A Full Spoon of Vitamins

Hello Everyone!! In my last post I mentioned I was diagnosed with pcos , high cholesterol and I am insulin resistant, and I also have IBS. I recently decided to go to a naturopathic Dr. He put me on a high protein/ low carb diet. He also gave me some vitamins to help relieve the symptoms . I am going to list what I am taking and what they do. Please talk to your Doctor or speak with a naturopath before trying these vitamins.

Multivitamin
Fish Oil Helps with cholesterol and helps clears the arteries.
Betaine hcl- Helps Digestion Probiotics- Helps functioning of the digestive and immune systems
Vitamin D 3- Helps with bones and good for immune system .
Chromium- Helps with the pre diabetes and weight loss
Cinnamon-Helps with the insulin resistance
